Mr Gareth from DEYA Brewery wanted to use some interesting hops from Brookhouse Hops. So we decided to go on a journey into UK hops, with this 3.8% Pale Ale.
Phoenix and UK Chinook in LARGE quantities were splashed around in some hot wort, and then our house yeast took a look at the situation and decided to make a masterpiece — classic house yeast 🙄
It's got spelt in it too! Crazy stuff.
